Ombudsman representatives advocate for improvements in resident care and work to improve resident quality of life. They make a difference in the lives of residents and their families by visiting residents regularly, addressing and resolving quality of care and safety issues, training staff, families and residents on resident’s rights and abuse prevention, helping prevent inappropriate evictions, and more.
