Connected Couples, Connected Families
Stronger relationships build stronger families.
A workshop series that helps couples and individuals create healthier communication and a deeper connection.

Through guided discussions and activities, participants learn to handle conflict constructively, express needs clearly, and bring empathy back into everyday relationships. Couples will also work with an advocate to connect to resources as another means of reducing stress in the relationship due to financial or other issues. It’s about learning to love well and live well together.

About the Program
Connected Couples, Connected Families is a ten-session educational workshop that will help you develop more meaningful relationships. Our workshops provide skills that work to help you develop positive interactions with your friends and family.
This program is for any adult (18+) who wants to learn and improve their relationship skills. We have workshops designed for couples who are committed to each other and for individuals not in a partnership, so regardless of your relationship status, our workshops can meet your needs.
This program is for couples in a committed relationship who are looking to connect more with each other, learn ways to improve communication, and overall, create a more positive relationship with each other, their friends, and families. You do not need to be married or living together as long as you have a commitment to each other.
