About the Program
We empower families along the path to self-sufficiency. Our referral services help families get access to healthcare, food, shelter, childcare and education resources available in our community. This includes assistance with MediCal insurance applications and CalFresh applications. Family Advocates will provide gentle guidance supportive listening during stressful times and work collaboratively with families to overcome sources of stress.
We know how finances can put a strain on families and relationships. Our services can help you learn the skills you need to become financially stable. Often that involves finding employment and learning how to budget your expenses. Whether you need access to transportation, employment or budgeting, we can guide you along the path to self-sufficiency.
