Cynthia MacDuff, a Family Support Services Program Manager for Family Service Agency (FSA) of Santa Barbara County, has been invited to participate as a subject matter expert in research being conducted by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF). MacDuff has been asked to provide participate in several webinars and individual consultations, and attend an in-person meeting in Washington, D.C. later this month.
